Return & Refund Policy
At Avinyakoonj– Premium Clothing Essentials, your satisfaction matters most to us. While we take great care in designing, crafting, and delivering premium clothing, we understand there may be occasions where returns or refunds are required.
This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted, in line with Indian consumer protection laws and fashion retail standards.
1. No Returns on Worn or Used Apparel
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Worn, washed, or altered garments.
Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Size issues, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Proof must be provided (clear photos/video + order number).

Our team will verify the request within 2 business days and guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
4. Return Pickup
Return pickup is available in most Indian cities via our courier partners.
In some locations, you may be asked to drop the package at a designated collection point.
We cover return shipping fees only for wrong or damaged items. For size-related returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product:
Return the original item (if eligible).
Place a new order for the desired product.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Products purchased under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.
Gift cards, vouchers, or free items bundled with orders.
Items damaged due to improper use, washing errors, or mishandling after delivery.
8. Fabric & Color Variations
Our garments are made with premium fabrics, but minor variations in color, weave, or texture may occur due to natural materials and digital screen differences.
Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return/refund.
9. Policy Updates
Avinay Kunj reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publishing.
