1. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 within India.

Orders below ₹2,000 will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Express or Same-Day Delivery (available in select cities) may carry an additional fee ranging from ₹199–₹299, depending on location.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive real-time updates through:

Email (registered at checkout).

SMS/WhatsApp (if opted in).

You can also track your shipment anytime via the “Track My Order” section on our website using your order number.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days.

Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (available in select cities).

International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is significantly delayed:

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Share your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue.

We will promptly investigate and provide either a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

5. Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts

If you’re unavailable during delivery:

Our courier will attempt up to two more deliveries.

After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate contact details, address, and location pin at checkout.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country.
